Mentor–Mentee System

The college has an effective Mentor–Mentee System to provide academic and personal guidance to students.
Each faculty member (mentor) is assigned a class (mentees) to ensure individual attention and support.
Mentors regularly interact with their mentees to monitor their academic progress, attendance and overall development.
The system helps in identifying students’ strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and appropriate guidance is provided.
Mentors also assist students in career guidance, higher education opportunities and skill development.
Regular meetings are conducted to discuss academic issues, personal concerns and goal setting.
The system encourages a healthy teacher–student relationship, creating a supportive learning environment.
Records of mentoring sessions are maintained for proper tracking and follow-up.
