The Poshak Shala Abhiyan is an outreach initiative undertaken by the Government to connect with nearby schools and promote higher education among students. Under this program, faculty members and representatives of the college visit surrounding schools to provide detailed information about the institution.
Students of schools are informed about the academic programs offered, available facilities, admission process and seat availability in various courses. The initiative aims to create awareness and encourage school students to pursue higher education by enrolling in the college.
The schools covered under this initiative are referred to as “Poshak Vidyalaya,” reflecting their role in supporting and guiding students toward future academic opportunities. This program helps strengthen the relationship between the college and local schools while contributing to the educational development of the region.
